| Mathrubhumi Illustrated Weekly is one of the foremost socio-political and cultural weeklies in Malayalam with a legacy of more than 70 years. When the new and younger editorial team took charge, they wanted their design also to match their new sensibilities. |
| We modified their nameplate slightly and developed an elegant and easy-to-follow page grid for them, alongwith a colour palette. Apart from providing the templates, we also trained their staff in the intricacies of the new layout. We also developed a new typeface family for them to complete the redesign. |
